We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our official business address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other media products
- Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
